 The Roze family business journey began 30 years ago in the heart of a small Northern European country called Latvia! It all started when Ilze, a skilled butcher, began experimenting with meat recipes, blending herbs, spices, and fire to create perfection. After years of dedication, Ilze and her son Armands crafted something truly unique and special – our Precious, our food recipe. Now, our Precious is ready to delight the streets of Edmonton, bringing joy and pleasure to all who taste it!
